diet and exercise (i will admit that much of my weight loss was achieved through unhealthy means, which i wont delve into too much) but believe me when i say that exercise with a controlled diet is so friggen important to losing a good chunk of what you need to to get where you want. dont be unrealistic and aim to be healthy, not skinny. Its not something that will melt away in a couple months, its a very long process thats much harder then putting the weight on, but you just gotta stick with it
