Teddy kept his eye on the boy (‘Billy’, he’d heard his friends call him), and watched as he headed into the water with the rest of the swim team. Billy was smooth, elegant in the water, flashing in and out between the breaking waves. More then once while watching him swim had Teddy been grateful for the elevation and privacy of the lifegaurd tower, as swim trunks were not very forgiving to a young man’s imagination.
