Vanilla sponge cake
(made by substituting 1c cake flour with 1c bread flour+ 2tbls cornstarch. also had to make it in a goddamn toaster oven because my normal oven is still broken)

im making a sponge cake because my dad broke a shit load of eggs after dropping a carton but i had no cake flour
so i was like thats cool i’ll use AP flour and just add cornstarch and sub that shit out
